This website is operated by CoreCx AI Pte Ltd, a company registered in Singapore (“CoreCx”, “we”, “us”). We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy. We follow the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) and, where it applies, the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

This policy covers personal data we collect through this website and when you contact us. It does not cover data inside CoreCx products. CoreCx products are installed on-premise or in your own cloud, and the recordings, transcripts and keys they hold stay under your control. CoreCx does not receive them.

• Details you give us. When you use Book a demo, Contact Sales or Contact Product: your name, work email, company, country or region, industry, your message and your consent choice.
• Technical data. Our web servers record standard log data such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and the time of the request, to keep the site secure and working.
• Cookies. Necessary cookies always, and analytics cookies only if you allow them. See our Cookie Policy.

• To answer your request, arrange a demo and follow up on it.
• To send information you asked for, such as an architecture pack or datasheet.
• To keep the website secure and prevent abuse, such as spam submissions.
• With your permission, to understand how the website is used so we can improve it.

We rely on your consent when you submit a form or allow analytics cookies, and on our legitimate interest in running and securing our website and responding to business enquiries. You can withdraw consent at any time.

• CoreCx partners who serve your country or region, when they will handle your request or deployment.
• Service providers who host this website and deliver our email, under contracts that require them to protect your data.
• Authorities, only where the law requires it.

Our partners and service providers may be located outside your country. Where personal data is transferred, we make sure it receives a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA and, where applicable, the GDPR, for example through contractual safeguards.

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a customer or the law requires us to keep it longer. Web server logs are kept for up to 90 days.

Website traffic is encrypted in transit, form submissions are validated and rate-limited, and access to enquiry data is limited to the people who need it to respond.

You can ask to access or correct your personal data, withdraw your consent, or ask us to delete it. Where the GDPR applies, you can also object to or restrict processing, ask for a copy in a portable format, and complain to your local data protection authority. We respond within 30 days.
